NO1's talking lets Start a debate...
depends.
I will have them once my sprint contract runs out.
or maybe not ... Sprint's plan that I have is AMAZING, and I further have nights at 7PM.
Verizon isn't getting that anytime soon, they're too pumped with forcing people into contracts with FOUR data LOCKED INTO IT. a decent bargain for the piddling amount of people that use VZNav, Vcast, mobile email, and unlimited msg, but for the other 90 percent, we're wasting air explaining it.
their service is great, but their plans aren't anything to write home about.
I'm not sold... on anything right now.

sure there alot of anomalies...taking into consideration the persons preference and location...but...what is your argument...for being with verizon....
Why does anyone have to make an argument for being with Verizon?
Given churn rates, JD Power, Consumer Reports, etc its more like you have to make an argument as to why you're not with Verizon.
Personally, I refuse to enter any kind of Verizon vs Sprint debate until Sprint's CEO writes me a ten-page whitepaper on why he can't convince his customers to stay... 2.3 percent postpaid churn for Sprint versus 0.89 percent postpaid churn for Verizon pretty much says it all. Out. π
I could care less about churn rates, post paid adds, et al; what I care about is making calls wherever and whenever I need to. I'm STILL not sold on Verizon taking my money when Sprint's chokehold has expired.

im talking the consumer...damn the curn rates all that crap..this consumer to consumer.
Churn rates matter because they're basically a polite way of sayin' "This is the rate at which customers are running screaming from you." π³
It's a good way to measure customer satisfaction... if a ton of people are leaving you, then maybe, just maybe, you're not proving very good service. But I can understand why Sprint wouldn't want to talk about that right now.
Now, that's all you get until I get my ten page whitepaper from the Sprint CEO explaining why Sprint can't keep customers.
Oh, and just fo' ajstrong: Out. Know you luv that. π
for the record, my customer satisfaction is only measured in the amount of $$ I cough up each month. and I have a 10% discount b/c the service is so crappy up here.
