vcast tv?

hey,
just checked out the lg vx 9400. i was looking at it in the store and i played the tv.....AND IT WAS HORRIBLE! it stopped every few seconds [and no i know was not using vcast clips I'm talking about the live tv here.]
now ever review i have read has said it was near perfect? was it cause it was in the store and maybe a bad signal?
i don't know anyway i would like to hear from anyone who currently has this service and let me know it how it works for you!

When I was testing it, too it was a bit strange like that even on the DO network, which was quite interesting. Here is some advice for you and others who want Verizon’s TV service. Wait until Qualcomm’s MediaFlo will come to the market place, because it will be a lot better than their current offering and, as you know Verizon did select Qualcomm’s MediaFlo as their choice.

V-cast TV does not run over DO at all. It strictly uses the Media-Flo network.
Hence the reason it is only available in so few markets.
If it ran over Do it would pretty much be available nationwide.

Oops, I stand corrected. I forgot that they were using Qcom’s MEdiaFlo on it already. I thought they were still using a previous edition.
Regardless, as it goes onto the network in more places it should get better.

It's not part of the phone at all. It's broadcast over a totally seperate frequency from Qualcomm.
