Lost phone - help!
My wife lost her phone at work yesterday. I call it and it rings but whoever has it won't pick up. We keep checking our account, and the phone hasn't been used.
What should we do? I would like to just get her a new phone, but they cost a million bucks straight from VZW. Any other options out there?

Call 611 immediately and tell them you lost it!
Sry unless you have a promotional upgrade or NE2 you will probably be stuck at full retail...Ebay or criaglist can be a cheaper option tho..Good Luck

Well Verizon could know where the phone is IF it was powered on. Chances are. it is really lost and off with a dead battery. Verizon can tell when the phone was last used but either way, it should be reported.
I agree with ArmySF, unless evankyle21 has insurance, he'll need to pay full retail from VZW or buy one on EBAY etc.
