posted: 3/22/2007 5:11:13 PM (ET)

VZW is pleased to announce its "Test Drive the Network" program. Beginning March 26, this exciting new program will give a new customer 30 days to hear what they have been missing. If we are not the best network they've had, they are free to switch.

This unique program will encourage more people to "Test Drive" the most reliable network, and once customers experience it for themselves, they will choose to stay with Verizon Wireless. Confidence in our network experience allows us to break out from the pack of "me too" network claims and concretely demonstrate to customers what it means to be the best. not THAT much diff than USCC and Cingy's 30-day (don'remember about Sprint, don'care about t-m) trials, 'cept VZ is paying for those that want a free 30 days of service just to jack the network afterwards.

The good thing for indirect is that we can NOW send back returns/exchanges, instead of trusting the new guy to clean them out, and have custies call us from a 'new phone' with pics, data, sms, mms, and calls in the call log, wondering WHY I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO HAVE A USED PHONE 👿 .

To which I reply, if I had that phone 5 minutes before you came in, you wouldn't know if was used, now would you?

I think I fail to see what's the big fuzz about? Knowing Vz and their way of doing business I think that there will other ***unmentioned*** stipulations
First of all I think that a lot of people are going to take advantage of this (I personally think it will be more like test driving a car)

Let's say that Mr X goes and get a phone but:

-Brings it back because "it didn't work for him" Will they ask him a million questions? Try to give him another phone? Try really hard to make him stay?
