Saving voicemail

Rather than try to re-invent the wheel, can someone tell me an easy way to save my voicemail as a wav or mp3? Specifically, is there a way to forward a voicemail to an email address or transfer it to an external address so it can be downloaded and stored. I have a V3m, and short of getting a cable that converts the USB port to a 3.5mm jack and then retrieving my voicemail the usual way while recording with a recording device (which sounds like crap), is there a better alternative?

I'm familiar with their service, but I was looking for a way that I could do it without giving out my Pin number and other account info. I need to do this frequently and a service isn't really the solution for me.

easy. before the voicemail starts, just go to the in-call menu on your phone and press record. when you want to stop recording, either hang up or press "stop recording" in the menu to stop.

when you're done with the call, whatever you recorded is stored in "my sounds" which is under the get it now menu after "get tunes and tones". From there you can either transfer the sound to a micro sd card, or email it to an address.

hope that helps.
