ive heard nightmarish stories about the customer service and how depressing it couldbe but i am here to say that i have had nothing but the best experiences with the company and their reps. i had a problem with my device not being able to make calls from the google maps menu because it would shut off so i called and in about 5 minutes i had a new drift sent to me. of course it will take about 3-5 days since it is the holidays but who cares? the phone still works and the only bug is that one and i barely ever use it. the only thing im still pissed at is the myspace. im sorry but the myspace is a joke. and the thing is that its MYSPACE'S FAULT! understand helio users that my"spoog" is the company messing up on the online content because its be...
