The long answer would be that our plans are created for that area and not only can we not select them, people dont even have access to them, the only way it would be possible would be a monthly credit, and chances are nobody would do that, even if you made a big fuss, because then they would think you were just a jerk and talk smack about you in the shop talk thread of phonescoop.

The short answer is no. We just can't take plans from one area and put them in another. Even if my agency is only 15 minutes away from the other area, which it is, we can't do that.

No by normal policy

You have to select from plans available in your specific billing area.

They have "promotional" plans for certain competitive area's. Example Chicago, St Louis, Lincoln. Those three area's have greater value plans (more promo's, or access discounts) so USCC can compete have a competitive edge against the other carriers.

No.
that plan is only good for ST. Louis and Chicago. It is impossible to offer this to any other market b/c the codes are Market-set.
i know it's bum new but there are reasons for it.

If you have a friend or relative that lives in the chicago area, change your mailing address to that address, tell USCC you moved, and you can sign up for the chicago plans. After you change your address, goto paperless billing, and you are set.

We have access to both MO2 and MO6. We are an agent location so that might be the difference. We can offer different plans if customers don't mind having a CTN out of their area.

Theoretically all the markets are going to have the same plans and promotions, at least that's what we were told in our last training. I don't believe them, however.

If anything were to happen, and I'm not even implying that there is anything in the works, it will happen on Sunday. Monday for those of us lucky enough to not open back up until then. Our next door new market is still getting new market pricing on the phone matrix, which really messes up those of us that are only 15 minutes away.
