We couldn't get that to work, here, either. But you can download songs directly onto the transflash card and get them into the phone that way. I've heard a rumor that if you send an mp3 as an attachment and save the message, you can then redirect the mp3 and use it as a ring tone, but I haven't tried it. Let me know if it works.

It should be OEM too, or at least come with motorola mobile phone tools, AM software is worthless and a lot of it depends on the users technological knowledge, The customer I "kind of" helped wasn't too good, but he went to other forums where people talked about this sort of thing (Verizon sources and forums are better in this respect) and had it covered no problem. I was there! The customer was smart and knew exactly what he was talking about while you fumbled through trying to help him. He came back to rub it in your face that he did it without your help and to show you how to do your job in the future.
