I just wanted to pass this along to you I know many people told you just to take it to a tech to update, but depending on your area that may not be as easy as it seems. Like for example I am in the Chicago Market and right now there is a fix for the double date issue on the razor but when you go to a tech they will issue you a loaner phone, then send your razor to the NDC (national distribution center) to have the software updated. Actually, date issue is related to the number of available pixels on the external screen. A tech center can change the date format if its a big deal and the techs have been doing this for 2-3 months but if you do a Master Reset, the formatting will return to the double-date because of the original firmware.

The firmware update will solve the double-date issue. I agree there is absolutely no need to send out the phone to get the update unless you live in the boonies and there's no tech nearby.

The double-date issue is humorous. BT connection issues with the newer Moto headsets is a complete pain.

You are corect about no rs techs having the update yet, unfortunately the person who get sthat out seems to be teking their time with it. The software update shoudl also remedy any bluetooth issues. 😎
