My V710 has gone crazy

I have no idea what happened...but my V710 seems to have bit the dust. Very suddenly with no warning. After being firmly attached to my hip all day, I came home from work and want to call my folks, I noticed that my phone was powered off which was odd because I didn't power it off. I turned it on and it seemed to power up OK. I had a voicemail so I dialed it up and engaged the speakerphone. The phone started blanking in and out. I swapped out the battery and tried it again. It seemed to fix it until I tried to power the phone off. It would cycle down but immediately started back up again without hitting the power button. I took it in to the USCC office here and they were going to send it in since it was under warranty. When they we...

you might want to go back to the store and if they can get it to turn on have them press really hard on the phone with it open were you would plug in the charger if you press on that part it should read the numbers from your phone

Well I played areound with my phone for 5 hours last night. I got it turned on and I was able to export my phonebook using my USB cable and an illicit copy of phonetools. So all in all guess disaster averted. I was unable to move the pictures off the phone. Does anyone know which version of mobiletools works with the V710? I got v3.4 but the v710 wasn't in there.
