Questions about Customer service jobs.
My wife is about to start working for US Celluar in customer service, she has many years of experience with cingular. however I am just curious, what are the service hours for CS Monday - Sunday that is, hours would be helpfull and what is the pay like. She said they did not say what they were going to offer her, since she has so much experience. But whats is the average amount an hour? any help would be greatful

Hours are daily 6am - 11pm. Most likely she'll be working the evening shift 2:30pm until 11pm & working at least one weekend day, if not both days. Hourly pay in the WI call center starts at about $12 per hour. There's much room for advancement also, and the company believes in promoting from within. Great benefits start the very 1st day of employment ~ make sure she signs up for the 401K plan since USCC matches 50% of your contributions up to 6% of your payroll.
