ALARM ON THE RAZOR
can the alarm go off somehow while the phone is on silent? my v710 was able 2. have the phone on silent and the ringer alarm would still go off. any way for the razor 2 do that?

well i have a sound for the alarm and the volume for the alarm is all the way. when it does go off just the screen lights off. 2 hear the alarm i have 2 have the ringer on 1-7. i want my phone with the alarm, but dont wanna hear the calls when im sleepin u know?

I had a Nokia that the alarm would sound with the phone turned off. Do u suppose the Razr would also?

i trieed that with my phone also and doesnt work hehe. i had a nokia a few years ago and it would go off with the phone off also. loved it! sucks this one wont though.

Ok- so when you set your alarm, the screen looks like this:
Name: _____________________
Time: _____________________
Alarm: Vibe Dot Dash
Volume: ___________________
The Vibe Dot Dash needs to be changed to a sound AND the Alarm setting under the Ring Styles needs to be turned on. If you have the US Cellular Razr (which I'm assuming you do since you're in the US Cellular forum) and have both of those set, even if the phone is set to silent for the calls, it should go off.
Let me know if it works...

well when i go 2 chane the alarm sounds on the vibrate detail menu all i have is ...silent, vibe dot, vibe dash, vibe dot dot, vibe dot dash. this sucks lol

keep scrolling I carry the razor and my alam is set to this is techno and it wakes me up every morning. I don't have an alarm clock.
