Can pictures be downloaded off the camera with the data cable? Or ringtones uploaded?

you would need more than just the data cable, you would need software, and what the software does depends on kyocera, i myself do not know about transfering things via cable on that phone, but I do not know if it has the kind of support for an online discussion on its abilities like the V710 had since this phone is not carried by verizon. However it is our most popular phone.
