I read that the CDMA RAZR is supposed to be in testing by several CDMA carriers, any chance that one of them is USC?
Moto has a lot of cool phones and I hope we get some.

We are getting a new Moto within the next few months, but it ain't the C-RAZR.

I would like Motorola more except their software sucks something aweful and their charge port is useless.

You are joking - right? god I hope so.
The 266 and 265 are the same phone from what I can tell just a case color difference.
Like the 260 and 262

Nope, I'm not joking. The 266 is suposed to be a Speedtalk enabled camera phone. Which really sucks because as a camera phone, the 265 is pretty lame.

Actually is more of a comment on the crappy phones that Motorola tries to pass off on the U.S. carriers.

Personaly I'm be waiting for an improvement of the LX5550 that doesn't have a camera.

Well from what I hear at US Cellular. Moto Razor is being tested with us.. and that by end of 3rd Q. U.S. might have it. 🙂
😳
and for the lg5550 they came out with the lg4750 with speed talk.It is a better phone then the Lg5550 but from what I also hear from them is that they have a bad batch of phones with software problems running with brew!

There is absolutely no difference between the moto 265 and 266. All they did on the 266 is put the US Cellular logo on the front and put a little better camera in it. That is it.

I have also noticed collateral on site that refers to a Moto Milan. I cannot find anymore info on it though.

I'm not sure, but I think that might be a typo. I hope it isn't but I fear it might be.

have you been having repair problems too?
it seems every 1 out of 4 265's screen flickers out and stops powering on besides the ones whos mic and speaker stop working, the 262's mic and speaker stop working on a 1 to 6 ratio and almost every 810 goes out for repair and we only sold 6 710's and 4 of them had to be sent to motorola for repair. that is not good odds, when you take into account all the problems had with the 731 and 343 the last phone motorola made that was any good for us was the 120,v60,startac, that average is an F in any school you go to.

I just don't like Motorola.

I bought a T731 from a friend 2 years ago for $30 bucks who took my LG 4400. I used the Moto for 2 weeks, then told my friend they could keep my money, but PUH-lease just give me my LG back. I hate the menu format on Moto's, and I've noticed that if you are proficient with a phone, and run through the menu functions quickly, that on Motorola's, the menu lags behind a few steps.

Second of all, it took forever for calls to connect, and text messages to send. We seem to get pretty good reception with the 262's, but we have had a lot of those, and the 265's come back because of the speaker issues, so our DOA's have shot up...

Also, I have seen on some 265's, that as soon as they hav...

What are your thoughts on the 4750? Not the speedtalk service itself, just the phone?

I like it but I just don't like the speaker sitting in the middle of the phone.. When I tried to hold up against my face between my shoulder it dug into my cheek! but other then that the phone is nice.. 😁

It seems good so far. When I have used it, I have always held it out in front of me on speaker to test it for the customers, so I haven't had the problem of the speaker digging into my face, but if I owned the phone and used it for everything, I can definitely see how that would be frustrating. Out of the LG and the KX440, we have definitely sold more of the LG... we have been getting good feedback on reception... I guess the only thing i would change is to make the screen bigger and change the faceplate and housing cover.... I do like how thin and light it is...

Have a great day!

Does it matter if USCC is getting the RAZR? I mean honestly, if we were going to get it, there would be a whole bunch of other BETTER phones available by the time it was done testing. Don;t hold your breath.

Sure it matters. The phone is a hot seller and it will have functions that are par with the v710 and in some cases even better items such as a better camera. People want the phone.

I actually think it does matter because it gets people into the stores. Sure...there are definately better phones out there, but it attracts people to the company and brings them into the store, where we salespeople get to do our jobs and sell them the phone they will actually be most happy with. There are phones for show and phones for go, the Razr is phone for show.
