Phone Selection

I have been with USCC for years and have recently found that you have two choices of phones.... a data phone (ie. blackberry, palm, etc.) OR a cheap penny phone.... I look at the selection of 15 phones through USCC then look at the large selection through all the other carries and I wonder why I am still a customer... ESPECIALLY since the Altell/ Verison integration

They do have several mid-level phones available, such as the LG UX-280 Wine, Motorola Quantico, Motorola W835 Crush, and LG UX-310 Helix. These are all better than the penny Samsung R311 Axle. Most customers stay with them because they have a quality network and award-winning customer service (that I did not find at Verizon). It's funny, a few years back they were ridiculed for not having a good selection of smartphones and now you're complaining about the opposite. I guess they can't please everyone....

Our offering is 26 phones sir - it's no less than any other carrier, at all. Every carrier has their top tier exclusive phones, and then the next levels down are all about the same on all of them.
