I work for the Telesales department in Phoenix, Arizona. Just found this site and thought I would introduce myself.
I would also like some information if anyone knows of any job openings in North Carolina or Virginia in one of the corporate stores. I am dying to get off the phones and start in retail.

Welcome. I am kinda new here too. If you go to other forums, you will see that USCC is a pretty good company to work for. We do not argue like Cingular does. I think we all get along pretty well, and try to help customers the best we can. Just my opinion though.
