Why Do You Think USCC Doesn't Carry Samsung Phones??

I think it would be a great move on USCC's part if they put a few samsung phones into their line up. Samsung makes a lot of really nice phones for other CDMA carriers such as Sprint and Verizon, and from what I have heard, the majority of Samsung users are very happy with their phones. Is their any word on why USCC does not carry them or if they do plan to in the future?? 🙄

Another rep and I were having the exact same conversation the other day. Before I started working for USCC I had a Samsung phone from Sprint. Didn't much care for Sprint, but I loved my phone. I'd love to see us do less Kyocera and do some Samsung.

I'm sure USCC has some contractual obligation to the manufacturers we carry now which was based on who would give us the best price. But who knows...that's just my theory.

I really hope its not a contractual agreement!! 🤣 Its funny because other CDMA carriers such as Alltel and Cellular One/Western Wireless who have a lot of the same phone models USCC has and I noticed they also carry no samsung phones??? Metro PCS does though. I'm confused. 🙄

My AAE told me it's because Samsung requires carriers to buy X number of phones from them, and apparently that number is waaay to high for us since we're not a huge company like Verizon or Sprint. I wish we would get some! 👿

ooohhh...ok...well that sucks. Thanks for the info though. I really haven't been able to figure that one out. Hopefully that will change sometime in the near future.
