In the two years we have had the BB available to to sell, we have sold 5....
In the first two days of having the Q, we sold 6.....
What does that say about customers wants and needs and the BB?

It tells me that most customers that you sell phones too are to stupid to use a BlackBerry. The Q is a dumb down verison of it.
The Q is not perfect, but I like it better than the Blackberry overall.
Pros of the Q:
Better web browsing, page views
Better music and video player
Better keyboard--keys have more space between them than the Blackberry, esp. 8830
Data plan is only 24.95 with voice plan; Blackberry data plan is $15 more
Has a side click wheel AND center navigational buttons
Uses Windows Mobile (albeit 5.0) which works well with Outlook.
Costs only $100 after rebates; Blackberry still costs $250 after all rebates.

Blackberry is simply not meeting the needs and wants of my customers. Doesn't mean its a bad phone, just that it doesn't fit the usage of the people around here.
There are some good things about the Blackberry, but I'm really loving the Q. I can't justify paying more money for it though, and a higher monthly fee. The Q is a pretty good deal.
It seems like the demand for it is high. I spoke to my rep and they had sold out the first day, but got some more in the next day from another store.
