USCC has great service and reliability how come this thread is pretty much dead.

***Potential customers. Why not give our network a try with our 30-day excellence guarantee?

***Potential sales associates. Wouldn't you love to sell a product for a company that you could actually be proud of selling???

USCC has a lot to offer and there are many subjects of which to discuss hence this forum

Why go with a regional CDMA wireless carrier when you can go with a national one like Sprint Nextel? Going with USCC for CDMA service is like going with SunCom for GSM.
Here's what Sprint offers...
1. the largest and fastest broadband network.
2. the largest, quickest response and international walkie talkie service.
3. the greatest quanity of quality GPS solutions for a wide range of industries.
4. unlimited nights and weekends started at 7 pm for free on the Power Pack and Power Pack Family plans.
5. unlimited incoming minutes for free on the Free Incoming plans.
6. up to $150 off the retail price of a handset once you have had the same one for 22 months with a 2 year contract extension.
7. up to $75 off the retail price of a hands...

Cherrleader give it a break!!!! If I didn't have a plan from sprint from 2003 that I get allot of stuff for free as it was included. I would go to USC in a sec. They are awesome. And they have allot of what you said. Free incoming everything to include text and voice. Their network is close to the best. They have service in all 50 states if you travel. They have a 30 day guarantee and was the first to offer it. Like I said give it a break .

I hate to say it, but a customer could give a flying Fargo fig how well a wireless carrier's stock is doing or their profitability. Most customer's are concerned about what's in it for them bottom line which I believe Sprint has the most rock solid one for not only voice services, but data ones too. As far as cheerleading goes....
Give me a S....S
Give me a P....P
Give me a R....R
Give me a I....I
Give me a N....N
Give me a T....T
What's that spell? Sprint!
Power up with Sprint on the largest and fastest national broadband network!

I think you have shown these last few days of what you know! Sprint is good however there are allot of people that don't need all that. Data is still only used by a third of all wireless users. Believe it or not people still have a phone well to make a phone call and all of them do that well. USC customer service is great and the company is great to work for When you have happy employees you have happy customers. USC is a great choice for allot of people.

Sprint still has the other two thirds of customer who would benefit from...
1. unlimited incoming minutes for free on the Free Incoming plans.
2. up to $150 off the retail price of a handset once you have had the same one for 22 months with a 2 year contract extension.
3. up to $75 off the retail price of a handset once you have had the same one for 12 months with a 2 year contract extension.
4. the Right Plan Promise which in essence allows a customer to change their rate plan without extending their wireless contract.
5. unlimited picture mail, text messaging as well as internet access on their wireless handset starting at $35.00 per month.

Let's not forget that with regional carriers it's often difficult if not impossible to trans...

1 USC has unlimited call me minutes on most of their plans and you get better min then with sprint.

2. USC you can change your plan anytime without renewing your contract. Not just in the first 30 days.

3. They have unlimited Internet for 9.99.

And who care if you move. How many people move in their lifetime. I will not base who I get because were I might move to. If you move you cancel and try another one.

Exactly, USCC is so much better than other carriers, especially in my area. Sprint works NO WHERE! Nextel is even worse. If sprint and nextel are so good, then why did they loose 400,000 customers in the fourth quarter of 2006. (Fourth quarter=Christmas season) During the busiest time of the year, nextel and sprint lost customers.
USCC is THE best company in my area. I have never dropped a call in 2 years of service.

Here in Chicago, Sprint users suffer from frequent dropped calls. I do not experience dropped calls with USCC. I am not saying that I experience "few" dropped calls - I experience NONE.

Additionally, trying to call s Sprint subscriber on a weekday from 4:45 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. generally takes 5-6 attempts before the call even goes through. "We're sorry. All circuits are busy..." is the norm. The demand exceeds network capacity. This has been the case for severals years running.

Sprint may have some nice amenities, however USCC excels at what counts the most for me - reliable voice calling.

I'm no where near chicago but in NC people with sprint pull the ole "i'll call ya back in 5 minutes when i get signal back" All we hear are complaints from Sprint. And the guy praisin sprint first said something about why not choose Suncom. We'll maybe if they didn't have the highest percent of dropped calls the somebody would. And Nextel wow they really blow for quarters.

Why I won't bad talk USC. I will also say Sprint in NC is not bad. Not to mention they roam off Alltel and USC in NC. So why would they not have a signal? I don't get comments like that.

Wow congratulations you can read a sprint flyer. Or mabye you just remember a tv commercial.

And why go with a uscc regional CDMA wireless carrier?

USCC is great out here. I have had sprint in the past and the coverage is horrible. USCC focus is on their region hence the term "regional carrier" Now sprint may be the best in say phoenix of NY, but in USCC's home network area nothing can beat us.

I work for Uscc and I will tell you what we can offer that no other network cant. Supurb customer service. Honestly, our phones to lack in the nice looking department, however most of our customers dont want the high end phones anyways. They want dependable. Here at Us we pride ourselves that we test and test and test our phones. Normally, we dont release them until the other companies debug them. However, we were the first company to come out with the KM1, and its a hot phone!!! Our customers like knowing that I am going to be here for them. They come to see me, when the have a bill issue, phone issue, or they want additional lines. They like knowing that we are a smaller company( we are growing) and they get what they want. Who ca...

1. Area of internet service is of little consequence to most customers considering your reception and rates are garbage.

2. On nextel, not sprint. The fastest, yes, Voice quality is also garbage.

3. GPS? So What.

4. "For free on power pack" doesn't fit because the power pack is expensive.

5. Your free incoming plans are so expensive and have so few actual anytime minutes it's a joke.

6 & 7. Your numbers are off because a lot more than retail is given on some phones. Your $75 rebate is the worst wireless scam in history since $75 is usually the increase from cost to retail.

8. A Ton of companies have that, including us cellular.

9. 14.95 is the same price as us cellulars unlimited text. i also have problems with your word...

Since the other lounge people have a problem with it in there here is a repost.

1. Largest and fastest are relative legal terms just like when you say "more powerful" if a company has a nationwide plan and shares markets with other companies than that is more than sprint will ever have, being that they even need to use us cellular out here. But us cellular uses sprint more. You guys still charge roaming on cheaper plans and that actually makes you the smallest network.

2. Sprint services are Nextel Services, I was talking about your PTT, you said the fastest, Nextel Iden has the fastest PTT connection time, but sprint's VOIP is just as slow as verizon, cingular, altell and us cellular. Also the voice quality on iden is horrible.

11. "National" is subjective, if you have national plans with no roaming you have are national. Talking about owned markets is a cheap tactic, like alltel says they own more markets, which technically they do. Yes, Cingular, US Cellular, Alltel and others have 30 days, But sprint and cingular used to be 14 or 15, they only recently changed (within the last couple years) I do not know verizon since verizon doesnt own anything in west virginia and neither does tmobile, so i cannot verify that for you.

Verizon right now is 15 days. As of the 26th, it will change to 30 days. Not sure about T-Mo, though

I can't really find the precise date, but sprint only just changed the 30 day trial all over the country sometime in 2006, so using that as a benefit over other companies is pretty useless, seeing as how other companies will return your activation fee if you cancel. You still have to pay for what you use though.

As I defended USC I will say this for sprint. I have had them for 7 yrs and never ever had a reception issue and I have used them all over the country as I travel allot. Few CS issues but they are people and not robots. So you will always get a pissed off one now and then. That goes for every company!!

Reception issues sounds like they didn't pay their bill and got cut off. Happens a lot then people blame sprint. The nextel side has its share of problems but they are being worked on. I have had fewer CS problems with sprint than I had with USCC.
