Question for any employees of Metro Pcs. How does Metro structure its retail store chain of command. I assume Manager then either an Assistant Manager or Maybe lead rep and then Sales Reps. Or do you set your stores up differently than such posted above. ?

Depends on the problem .

But on a store level it is like this ...

Top of the chain * area manager *
then store manager , asst manager , SSA ( senior sales associate )then sales rep. But it could always be escalated to someone in our regional office if need be .

But usually at all the stores i have worked for we look out for our own . So if the situation doesnt call for a manger then the CSR tries to do what ever it takes to handle the problem then to the SSA , ASST manager and so on . I hope this helps
