Samsung MM A920 on eBay?
I was in Family Court last Monday and I just happened to look to my left and the guy next to me had this beautiful dark blue Samsung phone. I saw the Sprint logo. I asked him what model and he told me that its the A920 but it has been discontinued which I knew that because I've haven't seen this phone on the website. It looks a little bulky but so what. Now, I was on eBay a few minutes ago and I found a Power Seller that sells this phone. He says its new or like new. I have never purchased anything from eBay before. 👀 I really do like that phone. I know some of you guys are thinking "wow, why does she want this old phone?" I really do like it... 🤣

That was a good phone I'll be honest. Its been discontinued...I believe the last phone Sprint discontinued was the KRZR. The phone wasnt even around 1 year...it was introduced on December 6th '06 👀

Sprint has a thing where we add phones to a "negative file".Basicly means the phone was lost and/or stolen,meaning the phone isnt able to be activated on any accounts and to remove it from the negative file it takes like 5-8 biz. days,and you need like proof of purchase usually and some other things.
I know 90% of phones sold off e-bay are on the negative file.Chances are,it is.

The MM A920 and A900?(thin black Samsung) are better than the current Samsung models Sprint carries. 🙄

I was going to bid on it. The phone is like 2 yrs old so maybe $50?
Is your 920 in like new condition meaning, no or minimal surface scratches, no probs with phones freezing or shutting off, all the buttons work, battery still works well(I know I can probably another battery)?

I don't know if you read the other posts but one person said that most of the phones sold on eBay are stolen so that totally scared me away from eBay. I will NEVER buy anything on eBay... 👀
I know the thing now is to have a small thin phone but some of us miss the bulky Sanyo and Samsung phones of yesteryear. There is another Samsung phone that Sprint released in 05 that was silver and had a swivel screen...I don't know the model number but I'm sure you can figure out what phone that I am talking about. That was a very nice phone as well.
I think it would be best to purchase a new phone. That way I don't have to worry about defects. At least with a new phone if there are problems you can get it replaced under warranty.
