But on a positive note we did get the w300i finanly this company buys a good phone .. its the base model so don't expect the world but seriously its a good phone. if anyone needs help with ringtones, themes or mms for this phone let me know.

Could we please add to our IVR..The first thing customers should hear is "if you are calling concerning a problem with your handset, please call from a different phone as we cannot trouble shoot your handset if you are actually on it"!!!!!!

Lets see i live in the 9th most dangerous city in the US we have snow storms and lightning storms and murders and gun and liquor store on every corner .... but i come to work every day ... maybe in June i should call off the first non rainy day since i don't know how to drive on dry pavement ... funny thing is i lived somewhere south of here but directly north of texas and i've seen ice storms and don't understand why things close ... seriously if your not smart enough to slow down and be careful then what common sense gave you the drivers liscence to begin with?

2) Whats going on with the Blackberry? In our email we're getting "stock quotes" and other bizarre emails, more like spam. These email are addressed and sent to someone (not us) from addresses like "nextel.blackberry.net..tmo.blackberry.net example...Happening on quite a few of our blackberrys here is CS..Just curious

Ok, im new here and alot of you will likely laugh at this but here goes.

A few months ago my girl bought a Magenta V3 Razr from BP Cellular One in Mosinee Wisconsin. After not being able to recieve calls on it, getting the phone itself and the sim card replaced twice they find that they never registered her old number with the new phone correctly. Finally.. a month later.. the phone is working like it should.. however, if im understanding right ONLY Cingular is selling the magenta razr right now.. so this must be some kind of unlocked / hacked phone? ( they didn't tell her this when she bought the phone) It came in a black razr box, with a black razr user guide.. a european travel adaptor for the USA.. no car charger or usb ang...

I was just wondering if any of the Cellular One employees on here could let me know when the Nokia 6282 or 6136 is coming out. I want to get a new phone but will only buy Nokia phones and will only have service from Cellular One as I have been with them since 1999. I work for cingular and wouldn't want any of their plans for anything in the world and a merger would suck

i live in erie, pa and cellular one sells some phones in my area that arent listed on their site or here at phonescoop however ive only found that they carry these phones in 2 places and they are kiosks in the mall the 2 other phones that they sell are the Nokia 3620 and the Nokia 6800 can someone tell me why they do this in just those 2 places and not everywhere?

So I want to get an unlocked phone. Cell One selection sucks. I want to get an Nokia N70. It is 900/1800/1900 MHz. Will it work for Cell One??? Or do I have to get a 850 MHz?? I sure hope not cause the pickings are slim.

i have an unlocked rokr that i've been using with cell one for several months now and everything was working fine for the most part.

When I got the phone i copied my websessions from my v555 to the rokr and they worked perfectly.

Recently though it has stopped working and nothing in the phone has changed. I was curious if they did some sort of update or anything.

Does anyone know the info i need to enter into my phone or do i have to have the carrier give me the info. I'd assume if i do have to have them give me it i could say its a razr and everything should still work the same

With Auction 66 basically over, who do you think were the winners and losers? Who do you think over paid or got the best deal? Who is going to benefit from the spectrum they won the most?

That doesn't mean just because TMO acquired allot of spectrum they were the winner nor does it mean Spectrumco spent allot of money they are the winner. Who got the most bang for their buck? I have my opion but lets see what other in the industry think.

Can anyone tell me how to set up WAP and MMS on an unlocked phone that I want to use with Cellular One. When I call tech they always ask me what kind of phone I have and I am sure when i say something they don't see they will give me a hard time. So I would like to be able to set it up myself. I am thinking about a Pebl which is 850 and 1900 so I am thinking it will work. Does anyone use a Pebl with Cellular One? Thanks

I'm currently using Cellular One out of northern Michigan (49841) and I would like to receive instant messages from AIM.

When trying to confirm my mobile number with AOL, I never receive their text message which is strange to say the least!

I use a Nokia 6800, which I should be able to sign onto AIM with but the option is not there.

Is this not possible with CellOne, and if so, why? 😕
