Cellular One sold my girl a Magenta Razr v3

Ok, im new here and alot of you will likely laugh at this but here goes.
A few months ago my girl bought a Magenta V3 Razr from BP Cellular One in Mosinee Wisconsin. After not being able to recieve calls on it, getting the phone itself and the sim card replaced twice they find that they never registered her old number with the new phone correctly. Finally.. a month later.. the phone is working like it should.. however, if im understanding right ONLY Cingular is selling the magenta razr right now.. so this must be some kind of unlocked / hacked phone? ( they didn't tell her this when she bought the phone) It came in a black razr box, with a black razr user guide.. a european travel adaptor for the USA.. no car charger or usb ang...

Well i can assure only a dealer would have sold that phone to a customer. none of our retail locations even carry those phones. i would adv to take it and get it swapped becasue we dont support the pink phone there is no was we can warranty it through our warranty service and we dont provide insurance to begin with. i would recommend going back to the store and exchanging it.

Only agents have anything but the ice blue, silver, or dark blue Razrs. No corporate store could possibly be selling that phone.

It's not really pink, it's just a custom cover that we now sell in different colors for the Razrs.
