Apple Sued Over Location-Tracking Scuttlebutt
The Android defense
All I ask is just one!!! Please find it for me and if you can not, then I think it's only right for you to delete your phonescoop account because post from this point forward will only be taken in jest and pure comedy and nothing more.
"Reader: Steve,
Could you please explain the necessity of the passive location-tracking tool embedded in my iPhone? It's kind of unnerving knowing that my exact location is being recorded at all times. Maybe you could shed some light on this for me before I switch to a Droid. They don't track me.
Jobs: Oh yes they do. We don't track anyone. The info circulating around is false.

This hasn't been confirmed
Heck, I'm defending someone I don't agree with! 🤣

Feel much like taking your own advice?

Where and when in this case did Apple say, "Android does it too?"

So your only response is to discredit the source?
It's been carried by a dozen news organizations. You're going to toss it out because I linked the one at the top of the Google results?
Grow up. Search it yourself.
Sorry for the grammatical errors btw.

I wonder if it'll work in court lol. "But your honor, Android does it too..." Good luck apple. As usual, they make excuses that have no merit and don't make any difference regarding their disrespect for customer privacy. Every time they cry about what other companies do, it makes them seem just like everybody else...
Don't make it an Apple thing, its wrong no matter. Thing is with law suits, you have to prove damages. For some odd reason, not liking something isn't being damaged. At the most, Apple and any other devices should require a refund if one so wishes.
