RIM Believes the Web is the Future

Loyal Blackberry users.

I think there is a large market of people who love their blackberry. They just wish the web browsing was up to par, especially if they bring flash 10 to the table. I think this will save RIM from extinction. I hope it works out well.

I dunno many BB loyalist are flocking away to Android and Apple around my area. At the board room table BB users use to dominate, now I see Apple and the Droid.

this is true and i can back this up. When i worked in sales i saw many companies going away from bb's bc most smartphones and OSes can match their email capability...so if you ask me Rim doesnt have many cards left to play

Yep BBM is about it and hell you don't need that use google talk or a plethora of other choices.

If RIM suddenly begins turning over all BBM and PIN conversations to the U.S. government THEN I'll believe that they are done.

Most people that own blackberry products know the browser they come with out of the box stinks.
Simple fix though, just download another browser and use that. Lots of far better choices out there for browsers

That's really not the point even without using the native browser Interned rendering is sub par. The point is RIM needs to up its game, and they seem to know it.
