I don't need accessories from a wireless company!
A signal from the tower to my phone NOTHING else do I need from a frinkin wireless company. I refuse to pay rip off prices! And unlike many of you, I'm not afraid to buy things on ebay for HALF the price.

did you notice it said priced "similar" to other chargers? That's exactly what the problem with this so called "green" technology. it friggin costs more!! why would i pay more for something i already have that works just as well if not better.
although jay, one thing you need to be careful of with those aftermarket ebay chargers is they can over heat your battery and components in your phone and void your warranty if it malfunctions. but you seem like a smart dude so i'm sure you thought of that.

I don't know why everybody assumes everything on ebay is "aftermarket" there are new, OEM items on ebay.

Then don't buy it, simple as that. They're not saying you are required to buy these chargers.
On another note, these would actually end up saving you (albeit a small amount) of money by not drawing any power when a phone isn't plugged in.
But I'm sure you already are in the habit of unplugging your chargers when they arn't in use and you phone is fully charged.
