sorry about the cust service thing for indirect screw ups. Radio shack is expected to know all electronics period. I feel for them they do the best they can, but at some point you have to say -hey there is too much to keep up with-

I work at an indirect for att and consider myself in the top 2% for knowledge and experience but I don't know how I would do if I only worked with a few models and didn't do every scenario. Mistakes will and do happen for anybody.

Hopefully it will be good for tmobile, I'm not worried cuz they don't work in our boonies area.

I guarintee you that I'd run circles around anyone tmobile rep. I used to run a sprint store, and have done wireless retail for 3 years. Yes, there are some stupid rs associates, but there are alot of stupid tmo reps. You're just mad cause we're gonna take a huge chunk of market like we did with sprint, and ATT, and Verizion phucked up by leaving. Watch the stocks my friend, this'll be good for both companies, Idk how many times people come in to ask if we sell Tmo

Just remember when someone comes in for a 10 line blackberry deal that hose phones are going to be on e-bay in less than 24 hours because T-Mobile loves canceling service for someone within the first 14 days and not checking to see if they have returned the device back to the store. Now that I think about it thank god T-Mobile is letting Radio Shack sell phone maybe these deactivators will start coming to your company and leave the rest of us alone.

The only people who allow these fraudulent de-acts are either a. unkowledgeable sales staff, or b. money hungry sales associates who care to risk their jobs by knowlingly commit fraud. T-mobile really needs to revamp their policy on cancellation.
