Was wondering if the Original Storm will be added Wi-fi?????? Thank you, Steven in SoCal
...
That's just as immpossible as them adding a camera to your phone. It's a hardware issue/update.

No they won't, unless they come out with some clunky attachment. (which I doubt)

Nope but the Storm 2 that comes out later this year will have wifi.
...
So it would be better to wait and buy the Tour in "2010" instead of now. 🤠🙄

Trust me, if you have 3G where you live, you won't think about WiFi.
I think WiFi is GREAT if you go overseas, but with Verizon massive 3G network, you good to go. I do understand about those times when youre deep underground, but Verizon does a great job most of the time of getting service down there.
I can have 0 bars underground and still have 3G speed data.

Its so funny how you are just full of verizon Jargon and Kool-aide. Plus 3g vrs WIFI there is no comparioson.

Yes, but if you ask people who have both on their phone, you'll see that the only time they resort to wifi is if they can't get 3g.
Yes, wifi is faster, but for the typical customer, they don't care, and won't use it if they have 3g.
...
and this is why Vz has a lot of 'typical' customers. most of the tech savvy one are now on AT&T
...
tech savvy??...
or more likely bandwagon riders(is that even the right term for that ? 😛 ) (ie. iphone users 🙄 ).

really? ask people who have the Bold how often they use wifi if they are subscribed to a normal data plan.
ATT's 3g is more limited than Verizons, so yes, there are more places you need to rely on the Wifi to use your phones data services, but that doesn't make them more "tech savvy"
...
i really love how he used that term...he made it look like the term "tech-savvy" is a joke.. 🤣

The Storm 2 and Aries will have WiFi on them. These are the next BlackBerrys to be out on Verizon.
