Just another reason
I think that offering the two year warranty on this phone is awesome. I know the warranty doesn't cover: lost, stolen, crack screen or water damage, but sometimes that isn't the issuw with people that have had phones like this over the previous 1 year mark. This is just another reason why t-mobile is listening to it's customers and trying to make improvments to is company to benefit both them and the consumer.

I agree this is a really nice improvement. This is something I would like other companies to consider, at least on their higher end phones.

i believe that this is a direct target towards angry i-phone users. i have had so many i-phone owners upset that at&t will not touch the i-phone when it messes up, or the data/messaging is $50 or apple takes so long to get the phone back to the customer when they do decide to fix it. this is a great phone, its got a sexy design, tons of features, the data/messaging pack is $15 cheaper, the 3G runs better and so on and now they top it off with a 2 yr warranty and in store replacement, this is obviously a move to bring in the i-phone user market as well as other high end phone users. great move by T-mobile....lets hope they don't screw it up.
