Please, you need to make the following correction: at T-Mobile retail locations we (that's right - "we") do not offer warranty replacements. At all. This is misleading to both your readers, and T-Mobile customers.

Well.... in test markets we do. It has not rolled out nationwide yet. If you check SAP while doing inventory you will see all the sku.
This information came straight from T-Mobile USA's head of marketing at a live event today in NYC.
What rock have you been living under? T-Mobile is activly trying to get us an instore replacement program. And just because WE dont do them now, doesnt mean we wont in august when the phone is released.

Just another reason
I think that offering the two year warranty on this phone is awesome. I know the warranty doesn't cover: lost, stolen, crack screen or water damage, but sometimes that isn't the issuw with people that have had phones like this over the previous 1 year mark. This is just another reason why t-mobile is listening to it's customers and trying to make improvments to is company to benefit both them and the consumer.
I agree this is a really nice improvement. This is something I would like other companies to consider, at least on their higher end phones.
i believe that this is a direct target towards angry i-phone users. i have had so many i-phone owners upset that at&t will not touch the i-phone when it messes up, or the data/messaging is $50 or apple takes so long to get the phone back to the custom...
