I always wondered why we don't have the internet speeds that you can get in Japan, South Korea and in Europe. I always figured that the companies were holding back on the technology, but not this bad.
It doesn't surprise me a bit when i think about it. Just shocking to see it spelled out like that. It'd be nice to see the FTC do something. I trust the FCC about as far as i can throw my car.
