I called VW customer service just before hoping to upgrade this phone (for full retail, happily at 409.99) and apparently you are unable to buy this phone at all until july 3 if you are not at the new every 2 mark or a new customer... 😡

So i called and I was told that it is a major problem on the East Coast, but that i could not order it through the phone, only online. She said i either needed to have a single line @ 80$/month or more or a family plan of 3000 minutes or more to be able to purchase it--- which i do. PLZ somebody help i can't wait the week!!!

got it today --- ordered it @ 730 last night, came 10 this morning and i was fast asleep being i got home from my 20 hr work day @ 530 this morning... just had to go to the local fed ex place which is right across the street from where i work so it worked out... i love it so far haven't really played too much wanna let it charge first
