do not let me repeat myself do not call cust. service to up to this plan they will not be able to put it on and will tell u to head to ur nearest sprint store and the nearest one to me is an hr away---just when u think there is a positive to sprint customer service shuts it down

It doesnt start until tomorrow, so it is your ignorance! They just announced it this morning and the employees have to be briefed before they can sell it. CHILL

lol think just because it comes out DOESNT MEAN we know everything about it....lol ya right. but customers please pay attention to this:

1. WE CAN NOT ADD THIS TILL FEB 29TH
2. SOMETIMES THINGS RUNS DOWN HILL
3. WE ARE NOT PERFECT WE ARE HUMAN JUST LIKE YOU
4. IF WE CALL YOU AT UR JOB AND ACT LIKE U DO TO US YOU WOULD BE FRUSTERATED TOO.
5. DONT GET MAD DUE TO US NOT KNOWING TECHNICALLY IT HASNT BEEN RELEASED YET
6. DONT ASK FOR IT TO BE SUBMITTED EFFECT DURING UR CURRENT BILLING CYCLE IT WILL TAKE EFFECT ON UR NEXT BILLING CYCLE. THANKS

The reason? Well, we also get updates from Sprint... And they just announced it today. So for "theminders" you can get the plan starting tomorrow. If you check on the announcement, it'll be effective starting tomorrow. And switching to this plan doesn't extend your contract. ๐Ÿ™‚

it was just announced this morning. It goes into effect tomorrow. CS knows nothing about it because it isn't in their system until tomorrow. read the flunking press release and full story people!!! ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

5 hours later we do know lots about it. but 30 minutes after the announcement there wasn't much available

I have to agree. Why boo on this plan? For an individual line it is great. I will say I wont reccomend it to most shared users, as unless your exceeding 3,000 minutes a month it's not even worth considering for shared lines.

That's about the only thing I really see wrong with it.

Plan cannot be added even at Sprint stores until tomorrow. We just got word of this plan as well here at Sprint so it is news to us, although we were expecting something similar to whatever every other carrier was coming out with.

You obviously fail at reading comprehension. It says clearly that the plan is effective Febuary 29th. What day is today? The 28th. Oops.

The plan isn't available yet and when it does become available I don't why you wouldn't be able to get the plan from cust service..that doesn't make sense for someone to tell you that.

most cc hasnot been infomred of this plan yet. they can find it the codes wont be available until tomorrow so you cant change until tomorrow.

Of course they wouldn't know about it because it was not announced to the entire company until Friday where we had a company-wide meeting where everyone was informed about the new plan. I didn't know about it until Friday morning at our store meeting. This is what I see way too often, just be patient and it will happen. Now every store and customer care is fully aware of the plan.
