Sprint and Alltel Expand, Extend Roaming Pact

When Alltel bought out Western Wireless they got a GSM network that Western Wireless built just to make money from roaming revenue, because Western Wireless had their own customers on CDMA. Since Alltel now owns it Cingular and Alltel have a roaming agreement to let Cingular customers roam.
