I can finally upgrade from my myTouch 4G.
It's odd though: some T-Mobile stores are already selling the Q10 to consumers.
One T-Mobile store I called said that they already started selling the Q10 to non-biz customers, while another said that they have not started selling them.

As far as the retail stores go - they are pretty much just not reading policies and not doing their job if they are selling it already. Let me tell you something about retail stores - they hurt you more than help you. I recommend never, ever going to one unless you REALLY REALLY have to. Any questions about ANYTHING, call customer care. Stores usualy provide horrible service.

What I mentioned was that some retail stores started selling the phone to regular customers i.e. non-business customers.
Again, I think it varies from store to store (although really it shouldn't).
