I've been with T-mobile for 7 years and paid $300 for the G-1 the day it came out over 2 years ago. That phone has held it's own this whole time. One of the first androids before most people knew what android was and still better than most phones out there. The phones released in the last several months are better for sure but most people don't have one yet. The iphone has been better all along because of a bigger screen longer battery life and more popular apps but my G-1 will do most of the things the iphone does and still impress most people I show it to.
