Need others 2 know truth- poor customer service- Kyocera & Verizon! Do NOT make same mistake purchasing overpriced defective device- nothing as advertised! No support/help to fix and/or replace when problems, even still brand new! Kyocera customer service rude & unwilling to take any responsibility for defective phone- very cold & callous.
