I DID start complaining and calling and chatting with verizon right away about issues with my phone and all they said to do was to keep "troubleshooting" and as time went on I was getting more and more upset and had little time to keep dealing on long phone and chats to get it all resolved for which no one could fix it! and NO!, I NEVER DID A THING TO IT TO CAUSE ANY ...
