I'm a cingular sales rep, and i have to agree, our cs isnt good. They like to transfer customers over to our sales line with problems that they should be fixing.

I dont think he was trying to bash the US, he's simply fed up with whiny customers. I'm a sales rep and i have people calling me all the time for free phones. Why in the world do you think you'll get a free phone? why? Nothing in life is for free, even McD's wont give you an xtra free burger to fatten your ass up. It's especially entertaining when customers with horrible credit expect free things, check it ...
