Its one thing not to support a device that has been unlocked, I can understand voiding the warranty out for those iphones. But its totally different to send a software update out that the user has no choice but to receive to purposely destroy there iphone rendering it useless

I was speaking in reference to employee morale. Suncom had the opportunity to penetrate the msrket in VA,SC,NC when the Unplan originaly came out, But Mike Kalagoris( misspelled) and the rest of the exec's in PA. drained the company dry. It was amazing to see profits declining but there salaries increasing.

I left before things hit rock bottom, the top execs of Suncom really sucked it dry. I was speaking in regards of company morale. You tend to work a little harder when you enjoy being at work.

Former Suncom Financial Services Employee Perspective

in the SunCom forum

I worked at Suncom from 2001- August 2003, I loved working for them and enjoyed the small team spirit that we shared in Financial services. I met some life long friends while working there ( chris, Don, etc). After leaving Suncom I have worked for every major cell phone provider and the team spirit that I loved at Suncom has never been duplicated... Verizon comes close. The problem with Suncom early on was that relied to heavily on Sales ...

I bet the compensation wont be the same, ive worked for both carriers and have done over 200% in activations on both, and sprints compensation was lacking to say the least.

AMp'd is misleading customers who want to port there numbers

in the Article: Amp'd Shutters Doors, Puts Assets Up for Sale forum

I just called customer service to assist a customer who wanted to port her number from Amp'd to us, she was told not only could she port her number but also transfer her minutes also. To make a long story short the customer service rep told me that a typo had led to customers being informed that they could transfer there minutes   ... A Typo!! If you don't believe me call for yourself ...

I regularly play Battlefield 2142 using this device occasionally I do get booted for a high ping, but my overall experience is good. I purchased the express air card from verizon but i soon found out about the data limitations so i went with the u720, its Rev. A compatible and Ive burned the data up without any hassles.

in the Article: AT&T To Begin Un-branding Cingular Monday forum

The Commission will still suck for cingular employees, the only thing that will change is that Cingular reps will have to sell land line services. What a complete waste of money marketing and re branding all those legacy At&t wireless stores. From the start legacy at&t customers were forced to switch to cingular reason being, if your phone broke or wanted to upgrade your phone you were not given a choice you were forced to buy ...

You speak the truth, the new Boost mobile commercials have Nick Cannon . Now I personnaly think Nick Cannon is Bojangles reincarnated, but thats my opinion. But your right in sayong that boost was targeted for one specific audience unlike the old AT&T go phones from back in the day.

 I work for sprint directly at a High traffic store in Maryland, I sell both consumer and business customers. I see first hand why sprint will never be the premier carrier that verizon is. Not until they fix the poor customer experience that leads to irate customers, we need a customer care rep in every store not to mention a security guard. I personally have verizon and I see first hand the different experience that you feel ...
