I for one really appreciate your honest feedback for the Vu. I am looking into getting one and your comments help a lot. Thanks!
Re: BB Data Plan, or MediaMax200
Hey bro, that's a great question, but you said you work at AT&T, so can't you just change your plan on your own?
Re: Data Plan Options
I appreciate the information!
Btw, I just called a CSR and he told me differently. The plan I would have to get is a SmartPhone Connect plan and its unlimited Internet/Email for only $19.99.
The CSR mentioned that any phone running Windows Mobile 6 is considered a SmartPhone.
Does this sound right?
Data Plan Options
Hey everyone. If I get this phone once its released, what are my options and pricing for unlimited data with no text messaging option and vise versa?
I read the information on AT&T's website, but still a bit confused.
Thanks in advance!
Re: the 24?
Awesome bro...let's hope the 24th is correct. I hope this phone rocks! I will be looking forward to reading some reviews on it once launched.
Re: Release Date
End of August, gezz! /;|
Btw, is there a public link for the AT&T inventory database? Thanks!
Re: BB Curve In Black
The information about a possible Curve in black is all over the net. Just one example.

Note though, I believe that image is a mock-up only.
Re: BB Curve In Black
No opinions/insight, I guess...
Has no one else read about this?
BB Curve In Black
Hey everyone!
I will agree that the current silver/black Curve is an outstanding color combination.
However, I've been reading that it may be released in solid black as well, which I prefer over current version.
Can anyone provide any insight to this possible color option release?
Thank you! :)
Re: Pearl vs. Curve vs. iPhone???HELP!!
Windows Mobile on a Blackberry, I doubt it unfortunately.
Re: Pearl vs. Curve vs. iPhone???HELP!!
@Thannah4 - Great review mate! Thanks for sharing your user experience.
Re: Pearl vs. Curve vs. iPhone???HELP!!
@Thannah4 - I've heard the speakerphone works great for the Curve. In every review I read, there were no negative comments about the speakerphone.
Btw, once you buy a Curve, feel free to provide your review in the 'Reviews' section of this site. I am considering buying a Curve as well, so more information/reviews the better for everyone on this forum.
Re: Internet Speed, Voice Quality & Ringer Volume
@mifrancis - Perfect...I was hoping so. If anyone else wants to chim-in with comments, feel free to share.
Thanks again everyone!
Re: Internet Speed, Voice Quality & Ringer Volume
@Nick - Great information and thank you! I have just a few replies.
I understand what your saying about the 3G Blackberry. As you mentioned, it just sounds likes it is going to be a few years before we see a 3G Blackberry in the US.
I am glad to hear EDGE is fast and works great.
For call quality, the W600i I currently have is that loud as well, so glad to hear the Curve is loud too.
But regarding ...
Re: Internet Speed, Voice Quality & Ringer Volume
@jskinvest - Regarding your question, just do a Google search for future 3G Blackberry and you will find the information. About carrier, nothing has been announced yet and I think it will be a new model.
Re: Browsers
@jbussey - Is surfing the Internet with Opera very fast? I am trying to judge how fast EDGE is for the Curve.
Thanks!
Internet Speed, Voice Quality & Ringer Volume
Hey everyone! I am thinking about getting the Curve and have some questions.
Please keep in mind I am coming from the Sony Ericsson .
1. I know its not 3G, but any complaints about the speed of EDGE?
2. How's the voice it perfect, loud or low?
3. I read the ringer volume could be anyone agree or disagree?
*Bonus Question:
4. Should I wait for a 3G Blackberry, which should be released in 4Q?
Thank you!
Re: Looks exactly like...
I agree very similar and I should know b/c I have the W600i and its amazing. :)
Re: Great Review!
I concur. The review was great and anyone who is considering purchasing the W600, should now be well-informed to make a conscious decision.
Re: here's your chance to win a W600!!
Pick me, pick me, please.
