I have a 2 gig card in now, and have yet to fill it. But I was wondering if anyone has tried a 4 gig in there yet? I know it will support it, but I've heard that once it reaches 2 gigs it will say memory full even though you have 2 gigs left.

you can also go to att support and get the mms and internet settings from the razr v3xx, and type the settings in yourself, thats how I did mine, and it worked fine.
Also there is a funciion on this phone that will search your service and set it up automatically, I didn't try it because I already typed them all in and if it didn't work I didn't want to have to type it all in again.

I unbranded mine. Shortcut key and all. Great phone now. But I swear every theme from sony and from other sites that I download, the lights are blue, and green with the walkman. Everyone, without exception.
If anyone knows of just one theme out there or the unbranding firmware number from Wotan please let me know. I have a ton of those credits and I think I changed the firmware a dozen times now.

ok, so I unbranded my phone. Works much better and is much easier to use.
One question, please for the love of god, someone have an answer for me.
No matter what theme I download from any site, my light effects are blue. My phone is black and orange. I do not want blue shining out of everywhere. Just orange, to match everything else, or off for that matter. Thats it, thats all I want. Simple.

well, the way I understand it is that it's not unlocked, just unbranded, so the at&t warranty is still effective. It won't work if you put a t mobile sim in it.
The sims is just a game that came with the unbranded one.

Welp, I unbranded the little guy last night. Took a couple hours, lol, first time trying to unbrand a phone.
Much better phone now. Shortcut key is the way to go, it's a must have. I was getting irritated going through all the menus to find something.

I'm considering unbranding this phone. If anyone has already done this I have a couple of questions.
The main reason I'm gonna do this is because I want to be able to set those 'cool' lights shooting out of the side of this thing to a different color. AT&t set them to green which doesn't match anything whatsoever on the phone. Why freakin green? Orange maybe to match the keys or something, but green? I've heard all the good and the bad about this phone. I'm considering either this or maybe just the sony 580i.
What I really want is a good music player and a good phone in one handy package. I want to plug it into my car's aux input and listen to music pretty effortlessly.
The price of the phone really doesn't bother me, I would probably get the 580 unlocked anyway, so it would cost all but the same.

Can someone please tell me where to get the grey one branded to at&t.
At&t stores (Lancaster, Pa) don't even have the white one. Online doesn't have it listed.
If someone could just let me know where to buy the at&t branded grey one I would be very thankful.
I've seen it with the at&t logo on you tube and various other places, but I have searched everywhere.

ok, so I'm at the cingular store. They have this phone in stock. It was an independant agent and he said he could go as low as $300 for me in case your wondering.

I was in the Cingular store (Lancaster, Pa) yesterday and asked about when the v3i might be coming out. The Cingular guy reached in his pocket and handed me his. So I guess it can be bought buy Cingular employees at this point.
He couldn't give me a release date of course, but it can't be long if the reps can get them.

photo wallpaper issues
I'm having a problem with getting pictures I take on my camera to show up full screen as wallpaper. The picture will show up, but has white lines on the top and bottom, not using the whole screen. Is there any way to make them fill the screen?
Any help would be very appiciated.

Since the outside display only has 4000 colors, i was wondering about the external picture id. I haven't heard any discussion about that. Could anyone tell me what the quality of picture looks like when you get a call?
Also, I have a family plan, and my other phone is going to be upgraded to the samsung p207 I think, any thoughts on which is better?
