ok, so I'm at the cingular store. They have this phone in stock. It was an independant agent and he said he could go as low as $300 for me in case your wondering.
Now heres my issue, the cingular branded v3i has a 50 song limit. I decided that I would deal with the 100 song limit, but 50, I mean, come on, what is the deal cingular? The slvr has a 100 song limit and is hackable to get rid of that. The v3i, as far as right now, is unhackable.
So what am I spending my $300 on, honestly? Pretty much the v3 I have now with a shiney new case. Fine, it has a better camera, but still not all that great compared to the competition. And the 50 song limit is more like a neat little toy to play with rather than an mp3 player. Deal breaker, no chance.

Oh, and by the way, it IS an mp3 player, or we wouldn't be discussing this in the first place. The point is, I don't know what I'm gonna listen to in the next hour, let alone next week, and giving me a 50 song limit doesn't give me many options. If your gonna do something, do it right. If your gonna give me i-tunes, do it. If you kick me around with a 100 song limit I'll try to deal, but don't think you have big enough balls to drop it to 50 when you already released a 100.

I want an all in one device, decent camera, a realistic music player, a...
