Hi planning on upgrading to 1st smartphone. Right now am thinking about the S3. was a bit disapointed that Verizon didnt get the HTC One. Is there a better phone out now than the S3 that is worth a closer look ? I am not wanting to "wait until the next best thing" comes out. Thanks for the help

Is there anyway to save a sent ringtone as a ringtone instead of a sound without purchasing thru verizon. I know this is a newer phone, but hopefully somebody has a work-around or something that I may have not tried. thx in advance

thx for the imput. that is exactly what i did. i got a 6100 for me and a 6100 for my wife. we then got a 8910 for our daughter. btw, we love the 6100.. great phone

Thx for all of your help. I went with the 6100 and have had for about 2 wks. It works great for me. The speaker phone is good. Battery life is also good. Sound quality, from speaker and ear peace are good. I have not had the dropped call experience that some have had, hopefully will not get it. Now i just have to get a data cable to hook up to pc so can get some ...

thx for the input. i am leaning more towards the 6100. mostly for the tri-mode function, as i live in rural area in midwest.

I am wondering which phone is the better one. Either the VX6100 or the VX4500 ?. The phone option or price will not be a determining factor for me, I'm just wondering which one may be the better phone. Thx for the input.

I have to make a choice between these 2 phones. I am wondering which one seems to be the best ? I am going with Verizon, the 8910 is free and the LG is not, but that is no matter. I am just wondering for overall satisfaction of each phone. thx
