Re: pic quality
if you take a picture in the largest resolution, the picture is distorted on the small phone screen.
try talking a picture in rather smaller resolution.

Re: Battery and MP3 play
1) as long as the battery mAh remains the same, i think the battery life should be the same.
2) i'm not sure about US version, but in Canadian version(telus) it can be "play 1 song", "play 1 song repeated", or "play all songs".
3) every thursday i stay in school from 9:30 to 10:00. couple of calls, listening to mp3's for 3-4 hours, then the battery remains 1/4. i think the battery life must be longer as it becomes spring ...

this is the tutorial to upload mp3 ringtones.
you'll get to know how to deal with wallpaper because it's exactly the same way.
as for the games, go to www.howardforums.com and do some search since uploading games is quite different, and it is harder.
as for the data cable, you can order it from thephonemall.net if you live in canada,
or you can just simply search ebay..

left: a korean drama(soap opera) whose screen ratio is 4:3..pretty large enough to watch when you get bored on the go..
right: a japanese animation which is wide screen. i added the korean subtitle by using another program. you can still watch it, but it's quite small..
don't forget to set the backlight to "30 seconds" when you watch a video clip. it's actually "always on while playing the media player"..not 30 seconds..
Re: MiniSD What Can You Do
to upload mp3 ringers, your own wallpaper, games -> data cable
to listen to mp3, transfer pics & videos from phone, watch video clips -> mini sd card
you can also watch movie clips on the phone by using mini sd card.
get "3gp converter" from the web,
set it to "general: 3gpp + aac general setting".
then set it to "qcif normal quality 15fps stereo".
drag any movie file you want to convert.
transfer the produced file to "video" folder of the card.
however you ...
Re: MiniSD Max Size
my 512MB MiniSD works like a perfect charm for my 535, and my several friends use 512MB for their 535, too.
Re: MP3 directory or contents file do not exist
put the card into the phone.
go to menu->setting->mini sd card.
there you can format the card.
after formatting, you'll see 3 folders, 'MP3' 'Image' 'Video'.
put mp3's in MP3 folder.
if you want to copy an image taken by the phone to the sd card, the image is copied to 'Image' folder.
the same works for 'Video'..
Re: MP3 directory or contents file do not exist
make sure you format the card on the phone before using it..
Re: Battery Life
you can check my review in user reviews section.
the reception and sound quality are great.
especially i was never able to get a phonecall in elevator when i was using my old audiovox phone, now i receive and talk with no difficulty with this 535.
Re: Battery Life
if you don't listen to mp3's, watch movie clips or play around with the phone, you won't feel the phone's battery life short. it'll surely provide service for a few days.
Re: MP3 Ringtone using Mini SD????
miniSD card has nothing to do with ringtones dude..
Re: MP3 Ringtone using Mini SD????
you can never use your miniSD card for it.
you can do nothing but "listen" to the mp3's in the card.
Re: LG 535 mp3 player...

Re: mini SD wallpapers
first, there are some restrictions with the type of picture u can see on the mini sd(which i personally don't know)
second, even if you can see pictures from mini sd card, you can do nothing but only "view". you can't assign it as wallpaper.
Re: LG 535 mp3 player...
to play mp3's, you need a "mini SD" card.
to put your own wallpaper and mp3 ringtones, you need a usb cable.
you can buy a mini sd card in a local electronic store or camera shops, or on ebay.
to get to know how to use the usb cable, visit thephonemall.net or howardforums.com
if you still stuck, message me..
Re: mp3 ringtone help!
well there is a way to upload your mp3 as ringtones, but that doesn't have anything to do with sd card.
you need a datacable and a program which can be downloaded free of charge from the web.
it's actually hacking your phone, so looks a bit risky and illegal..
but once you get to know the steps, it's piece of a cake..
