MM 535 MP3 Help!!!

I've had my 535 for nearly 2mos. now, & am COMPLETELY frustrated with trying to use the (supposed) MP3 player. I have the MiniSD card, a reader/writer for it, and have loaded MP3's onto the card. I cannot get them to play. I cannot even find any way to get them to play.

I saw in an earlier thread where someone recommended another user go to Menu>Settings> Mini SD Card & format the card. I tried that but there is NO Mini SD dialogue offered on my Settings!!! When I go into Media Player, all it offers me is a chance to buy useless streaming video stations; there is no way I can find to simply access what is already on my Mini SD card.

ok if u have the adaptor the mini sd plug in to ur cpu go the the got the mini sd is ( like mass storage or drive e ) then u see all the music on ur card then copy all the music then tranfers it to the adio folder then put it back to phone thats it if u need any help just ill check it or email me at mofotrucker1@yahoo.com

Im havin a problem with the mp3. Do i need to buy usb cord to get mp3 on this phone or what. Please telll me what needs to be purchased so that this can happpen.Thanx!
