I have a Treo 700p with VZW. It's New2 time and I can get either a 755p or a Centro for FREE! Which should I choose, or neither?

I tried looking for info on this phone but couldn't find it listed on here or on Samsung's website. Can you provide a link or more info?

Any more news on this? I recently got this phone so I must have version 2, because I can't "go to" either. Makes the calendar pretty useless.

Yes. Search for messages about "bitpim" or if you want to spend more money, you could buy DataPilot by Susteen or the Verizon mobile office softward. Any way you do it, you're going to need to buy a cable.

Not sure why you'd want to, since the thing reflects and is visible in all but total darkness and whatever it tells you is available on the inside screen that you were just looking at. To turn the light back on, all you have to do is momentarily hit either side key.

According to VZW customer service, there is no way to block all calls from any particular number. I don't think the phone itself allows it either. Although it's not documented in the book or the phone, when you get a call and press either part of the upper side key, it will silence the ringer and send the call to voice mail after the usual number of rings. I think one way to get this is to activate driving mode. Push and hold the lower side button while the phone is closed or go to Menu, 7, 5. Or you can set the phone so you get audio response whenever you open the phone. (Menu, 7, 4, 1) Or else you can just turn on Voice Alerts. (Menu, 7, 4, 2) There are audio instructions at Menu 7, 6. Hope this helps.

Does the 9900 have something analogous to Driving Mode on the LG VX4500? If so, how does it work and compare to the LG?
