I checked out that link however it didnt tell me anything new. Haha I mean my head is thinking the bionic only for the dual core cchip. I'd like the thunderbolt, but even when I overclock it, there's only so much you can do to it. Whereas with the nvidia chip it's already clocked at 1 ghz and it'll obviously be dual core...I also looked at that Samsung 4g phone, but just like thunderbolt its just a single ...

Actually I thought that the thunderbolt had 768 MB ram, and the bionic had 1 gig of ram making it run faster. As for screen resolution, are you sure about the bionic having more resolution than the thunderbolt? The one reason I don't like the bionic is because of a llocked boot loader screen, and moto blur..unfortunately..

I'm also deciding between the thunderbolt and bionic but here's my thinking...the appeal of the bionic an nvidia tegra 2 dual core processor of course. That's about it. In comparison, the HTC thunderbolt of course has sense and mostly everything else going for it. Unfortunately however, it's only a single core processor. That's how I'm thinking about it. Buying a Curve
Hi everyone. I currently have an LG Voyager that i gout about May time and my contract isn't up yet. I am seriously looking at the BB curve now for it's more email capabilities, internet, and open software and user interface. The thing is is that i have no idea where to buy one from. I certainly don't want to buy one on ebay. Does anyone have any suggestions at all? I'd appreciate any help you can give me...thanks!

Dam yeah that's not good but hopefully my problem isn't as severe as yours seemed to be. Like i said, mine has only happened a few times so hopefully that's all it does. Other than that, i love my phone with the version 09 upgrade..it's basically the Dare with a full real tactile keyboard on it!
Weird looking pictures
Ok i was taking some pictures of my car today, and the pictures on my Voyager saved fine to the memory card HOWEVER when i went into my picture gallery to view them, some of them just had that weird question mark over it and it was blank? I've heard about it before but what does that mean? Now does anyone else expereice this? It only happened a few times and is not constant but it is defintely weird ...

Just to let everyone here know, i got a flash game onto my phone, but it wasn't woring correctly and for some reason kept on restarting my phone so i just took it off and put the ez tip calculator back on. Interesting experience though. It can be very confusing indeed.

To be completely honest with you, I'm not 100% sure why it wouldn't work for you with the usb sync cable. I've never actually synced my phone up with my compuer that way. I get music onto my phone by putting my memory card into the computer and dragging and dropping files from Limewire into the My Music folder on my memory card. Same thing with pictures and videos. Bitpim is a program that you download on your computer which allows you to read all the info on your phone and also upload special Flash games and programs to your phone. YOu can bback up your contacts with it but there's also an application from Get It now called backup assistant which is specifically designed to back up all your contacts to an online electronic database on verizon's website.

honestly all i'm looking for with a newer software version is the multi tasking and that's about it cause now the touch screen is definitely more responsive and smoother to use. The look of the new Voyager is nice as well for sure. I'm very happy w/ it overall so far if i could just figure out how to but touch flash games onto my phone. lol

Yeah that's the video I was watching BUT in that video, the person on the left side of the screen hs what's called a system file tab or button on his screen and I don't have that at all. That's where I"m getting lost. ANyone else here experience that before?

hey all.. i just downloaded bitpiim for the voyager for the first time. It finally recognized my phone and in the main menu setup of bitpim, i can upload my contacts and calendar info so far. I was looking at someone's tutorial of the voyager w/ bitpim on youtube and they said you have to click on the file system tab which is on the left side of the screen. Unfortunately, I don't see this file system tab so ...

yupp exactly that's all it is. If you've got the black version of Voyager just get it flashed for v 09 software and yours will look identical to the silver titanium one. No difference.

where and how did you hear about the version 10 flash? what's it's supposed to do for the phone? i'd like it to multi task for music but who knows what's going to happen... It hasn't happened too much the problem, I was just curious. Hopefully it doesn't happen too much though.
Saving Pictures problem?
This morning I tried to save a picture i had just taken to my phone and a couple of times, it said save failed. It took the picture fine but this is weird. Has anyone else experienced this problem at all? I hope this is not going to be a serious type of problem. Just wondering and thanks in advance for any feedback.

I've previously owned the enV and the original 9800 V and these types of phones are all a bit bigger than the non keyboard phones. I personally just use a screen protector on my Voyager cause i keep it in the clean belt clip since i use the custom in car mount for it for VZ Navigator which is essential in my life. haha. Mobile AIM problem
Hey is anyone else besides me noticing a problem with Mobile aim on our voyagers even after the newest firmeware update? if you stay logged in, and say for example you're on the phone, the phone will restart itself and even if you're not on the phone and doing something else such as texting every once in a while the phone will re start. honestly, get the voyager. the touch screen is much better especially w/the newer version software available. the glyde os OK but not the best at all. even w/its new software uograde, it's still got some issues and can be very hard to use a lot of the time. I love my voyager and it almost never freeezes up on my or restarts. knock on wood of course though. lol.

Yeah that's what I'm also hearing myself. It'd be nice to finally have the notpad feature of the phone as a shortcut on the front screen that's for sure. I know the Dare can do this. It'll make the phone look a lot different that's for sure.

well I read some info online about the upgrade and yes infact it says you're supposed to be able to move the icons around on the screen. so, the couch screen is more responsive? I'll have to get mine updated sometime this week hopefully. I can't wait. the phone looks very different?

question for everyone, I just went to verizon to try to update my voyager and I am a technician, do you want to reset medioflo cause when i selected either yes or no, it said could not run update. SOmeing about a wrong paythway for the binary file. does anybody know anything about this? i just don't want to fry my phone that's all. thanks.

i just called up mainline customer service and they said the visual voicemail which so far is the only upgrade to the voyager also known as the voyager refresh won't be available intill september. Just to let you know. Oh wells.

texting w/the touch screen really isn't too bad with t9 it just takes some getting used to that's all. It took me a few days to get used to it with my voyager but it definitely became much easier.
messaging capacity
ok so when i first bought my phone, i could hold about 210 or more messages in my inbox, the regular 50 in my outbox. Now, my phone is saying 100% full at 200 messages inbox. Is anyone else experiencing this or knows why this is happening cause i'm baffled and it's cofusing me.
