You say you got the upgrade, well I cant seem to find anyone who knows anything about it.
Cust service is now saying wont be launched until sept. Another one said it was in my local store, went there and called others and they say it hasn't been released yet.
So why don't you get someone to take a pic of your phone with it on front screen and post a link to show us that you actually have it. I am tired of run around and no one knows anything about it.

This software upgrade is so new that not alot of verizon reps know about it, I just happen to have a friend thats a tech at my store here in Palm Desert CA.I have visuall voicemail and the upgrade takes about 1 and a half hours. My daughters voyager was just done tonight and mine was done yesterday. The software version is VX10KV09..........

Well peanut, I am not calling you a liar, but with all the talking to CS and to the stores and they all have different stories and some don't know anything about it. So it would be great if you can prove it by posting a link to a picture of it on the front of your phone. Have a great day.
