Always the case...
at least once a day (usually more often) someone comes onto the site without knowing what plans they want [I sell TV/Internet/Voice via online chat] and after like 5 minutes of questions they are like oh i have a meeting this is taking too long...
or even better, I will have to continue when I get back from lunch.
WTF, it's okay to shop for service while you are working, but not during your lunch break!

Re: Have you ever
Well, my customer provided me with the exact wording of the offer they were asking about, which stated that they must order ______, _______, and ______.
When they stated as such, I replied with the wording they gave. Then they said ohhhhh so the comma should be an "and"...
I replied with it clearly states....
they filled out a bad satisfaction saying if I wanted to be talked down to I would have called _____
It was terrible, but hey what can ...
Have you ever

Re: Vegas
I was just in Vegas this weekend. I have an LG Optimus S. While I was there, I was near Lake Mead/Jones no problem there. Up by Chyanne/215 (i think thats the freeway up there), no problem with 3g there. Also, was down over off Boulder/Eastern and no problem there as well.
Actually, the only place I had a bad connection was in the casino, :)

Re: indirect
K thanks!
indirect
How do you know if a store is an indirect or partner store?
There was no other markings on the store that showed anything other than the Sprint name, and I located it through the Sprint website.
Really....
when you pay cash?
I call BS! ! !
Today I went into a local Sprint Store on my way to work to pay my bill.
I walked in and noticed it was a new location and didn't have a kiosk set up which is how I generally pay my bill because I don't want to wait in line.
Well this store, being new, was pretty empty and I asked the lady if they take payments. She says sure, but only cash. Great! That's how I pay I tell ...
